TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates specified are for a minimum of 24 hours borrow 200KM Mileage. Additional hours will be calculated per hour up to a maximum of 5 hours only.

2. If the RENTER or GUARANTOR breaches the terms and conditions, action will be taken to blacklist (CTOS) BOTH PARTIES and billed 10 % outstanding payments

 

PAYMENT:

3. The borrower shall pay the owner for the borrow of the vehicle the sum or sums specified in the Borrow Document upon vehicle collection and authorizes the owner to charge all amounts payable to the owner

4. No refunds either impart or in full will be made for unused borrow. For cancellation of booking at any time by borrower, booking fees paid shall be forfeited.

 

RATES INCLUDE:

5. 5000 kilometers per month for service and maintenance.

6. The chargeable rates include full indemnity for accidental damage to third party property and bodily injuries. However, in line with the commercial insurance practice, the customer is always responsible for an amount equivalent to the excess clause not exceeding for (RM2, 500).

7. We offer the customer the option to waive the financial responsibility resulting from damage vehicle while it under rental agreement. This can be done by accepting the Collision Damage Waiver (CDW time of taking / delivery of the vehicle on payment of 10% from borrow rates. However the customer is liable for a Non-Waiver able Damage Excelsior Vehicle Budget (RM2, 500). Sedan (RM4, 000), SUV (RM5, 000), MPV (RM6, 000) and Luxury (RM8, 000),

8. In addition to the rent charges the customer is required to have a cash security deposit and an equivalent as a guarantee of proper usage of the vehicle for the entire duration of the contract sum reimbursed if no damage or summons is notified after 14 working days after return the vehicle.

 

RATES INCLUDE:

9. Damage caused by negligence, such as punctures and burst tires, fuel errors, lack of battery charge due to forgetting to turn off electronically appliances loss or

10. The customers is reminded that underbody and overhead damage isothere own risk at all time. All insurance is void if vehicles are driven on unsealed and unmade roads or surface.

11. Rates do not include petrol, toll fees (cash, smart Tag or Touch n Go) Singapore permit, parking charges, traffic fines, airport charges, fuel & other optional charges

 

DRIVEN REGULATION:

12. Borrower must be between the age of 20 and 60 years old

13. Borrower must possess a valid local driving license or an international driving permit with qualified driving experience of at least one year.

 

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

14. Photocopy of driver NRIC Passport and License. Photocopy of NRIC + Passport of guarantor, Utility bill and Business card (if any).

 

PARKING FEES AND TRAFFIC FINES:

15. Borrower is responsible for all parking fees and traffic fines incurred during the borrowing period.

16. Borrower will be charged an additional of RM50 for every summons paid by ANGGUN LUFYA TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD.

 

EXTENSION OF BORROWING:

17. ANGGUN LUFYA TRAVEL & TOURS SDN. BHD may agree to extend the borrowing period as long as you do inform us 2 days before the end of borrowing day. If you are failed to do so we reserve the right to terminate the borrowing agreement and we have the right to charge you base on daily rate (24 hours) until we get the car.

 

BOOKING CANCELLATIONS:

18. Deposit bookings will not be refunded and penalties will be imposed if cancellation is made before 5 days from the date of the loan.

19. All borrowed vehicles are strictly prohibited from being driven into Thailand, Indonesia and Brunei.

 

VEHICLE CONDITION:

20. Upon returning the car has to be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Failing which, the borrower will be liable for the cost of restoring the vehicle tools

 

PROHIBITION OF GOODS:

21. All prohibited goods (such aspirated VCDs drugs, alcohol, etc.) and goods with an unpleasant odour are also strictly prohibited from being carried in the vehicle "Borrower will be responsible to pay all costs of removing odours including air-conditioning service and loss of rental days for the company.

22. The RENTER is fully responsible for any summons issued by the authorities during the rental period of the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle is not responsible for any summons issued during the rental period of the car.

 

NO HARD COPIES:

23. You will be extra charges if you want a copy for the invoice. All copies of the invoice will be sent via the WhatsApp application according to the respective PIC. If do not receive it, you can request a copy of the PIC.

 

RIGHT TO REFUSAL OF SERVICES:

24. We reserve the rights to discontinue of the services if the brier fails to comply with any terms & conditions given and also in background checking
